Â Whether you want to escape your cage or become the Lion tamer – the common thread is your physical body! Â With this Sound Healing we will be working on deepening your connection to your physical power and access to energy. Â Quartz and the mineral Pyrite will be used to brighten up your chakras. Â I will be walking you through a Guided Mediation during the Sound Healing so that you will walk away knowing how to store energy and how to find it in your daily life. Â Elemi and Citrus Essential Oils will be incorporated into this session.
